Andalucian Estate objective is to convey information between buyers and sellers the way it is.

Andalucian Estate intends to become a market leader in selling property in Spain, on the Scandinavian market. Handling them, as per the requirements of Spanish law. Whether selling or buying a property through Andalucian Estate, we want our customers to feel great confidence in us.
Andalucian Estate is a new concept for buying and selling homes all along the Costa del Sol, from Nerja on the eastern side to Sotogrande on the west. We represent three Nordic countries – Norway – Denmark and Sweden, independently working under under a platform focused on local customer service.
We care and believe in innovation and honesty. When the customer is satisfied, we are also satisfied.
We have also started a cooperation with one of the Swedish largest real estate companies (MÄKLARRINGEN), consisting of around 70 branches in Sweden. We work with the best lawyers, banks and other partners to make you feel at ease when you want to buy or sell a property in Spain.
